CHARRPAK CONTINUES TO INVEST IN PEOPLE


The “Investor in People” award is externally re-assessed every 3 years. The development and training of our staff has always been central to Charpak’s strategic plans and, although there has been significant change in our organisation since our first award, we passed with flying colours. We will now be working towards achieving the revised standard, which places much more emphasis on planning and feedback at all levels.
